This Brazilian coffee is another one of my favorites for breakfast. We roast this coffee dark (Continental) so it becomes very smooth and sweet. There isn’t an overly complex taste but that doesn’t matter since at that time of the day my brain is not functioning enough to pick up nuances of a coffee like our Guatemalan Huehuetenango. It’s a greatly balanced, smooth and extremely pleasant cup and that’s all I’m looking for in the morning. Together with our Bolivian Copacabana Organic one of my two favorite breakfast coffees!
